This system was purchased during a Smart Value special on the Dell website for $749. It is one of the systems we use for most of the testing we do with linux applications. It is more or less a desktop machine with the Poweredge name. The system is pretty well designed with all of the important components easy to get to. The side door opens outward for access to the MB, RAM, PS, etc, and the front panel clicks off to remove the disk drives and CDROM drives.
